Architectural Design
As architects, Project Managers, planners and design consultants, we serve as a medium through which our clients’ functional and aesthetic project needs are conceptualized, analyzed and realized. To satisfactorily play this role, we align ourselves with our clients’ project goals and objectives, and tailor our design efforts to finding a practical and feasible solution that comprehensively addresses those goals and objectives.
Our design reflects and encompasses our enduring commitment to positively impact the health and welfare of those will occupy and use the buildings. Our designs also seek to contribute to the advancement of architecture as a major role player in the use and management of the earths natural resources, especially as it relates to the built environment industry. Project Management As project managers, client representatives and project resource coordinators, we serve as a vehicle through which clients projects are delivered as at and when scheduled. We work with our clients to:
• Identify necessary resources• Establish Realistic timelines• Develop project sensitive schedule• Deliver a successful and hitch free project
To achieve delivery of a successful and hitch free project, Muvag assumes and take ownership of the following: performs a thorough review of project plans, specifications, develops and schedules, develop bid documents, review bids and coordinate contract awards, coordinate activities to secure public approvals, permits and compliance inspections, provide site management; coordinate the work of multiple primes to ensure a conflict free prompt project delivery, Monitor project progress for compliance with project schedules. We also provide monthly and as needed project status updates to our clients.
